WOODCOT is a London based design and build company specialising in a full service for the residential sector. Our principal specialisations include residential extensions including lofts, rear and side extensions, full interior refurbishments, new kitchens and bathrooms, redecoration, rewiring/upgrading plumbing, exterior works, roofing, glazing and landscaping.
We deliver elegant and practical interiors, full of innovative solutions and considered detailing without compromising the integrity of the building.
Woodcot deliver projects to the highest quality and manage all aspects of a project to include ordering, deliveries and installation. We develop solutions that fulfil the clients brief but always within cost and programme. We undertake projects of varying sizes from one off bespoke items to projects in excess of £1 million.
JAN REID
Jan Reid graduated in 1992 with a First class BA Hons in Interior Architecture and 3 Dimensional design from Chelsea School of Art. She has practised Interior and Bespoke furniture design for over 29 years and during that time has been privileged to have designed for prominent and famous clients during her earlier years as Head Designer for Viscount LINLEY. In 1992 she set up Mystery Interiors & Furniture and continued to design for high-end individuals within the residential market. In more recent years she has been involved with property development, new builds for private clients and interior design projects.
RADEK GRZELKA
Radek settled in London from Poland in 1994 as a young man keen to utilise his skills learnt from the family business specialising in bespoke metal works. He undertook a full apprenticeship with leading London based building company where he quickly rose to the higher ranks within the company. He founded All in One Building and Property Services in 1998 and grew his business to encompass all aspects of Quality Building for the mid to High End sector. In 2015 he teamed up with Jan Reid to form a new partnership to create a “One Stop Shop” for Clients.
