Woodcot undertake all extension projects to include side, rear, loft and dorma projects. We provide a full service applying for planning consent with the local authorities if the extensions are nit within permitted development. We ensure that minimum disruption to the email occurs during building works and build temporary kitchens and seal up securely between the site area and the rest of the property.
As with all our projects, we work closely with a Building Control Inspector to ensure the project runs smoothly and has a full sign off when the job is completed.
Woodcot also undertake Basements and Garden dig outs to enlarge existing dwelling. We have recently finished in Hackney, London, a full basement dig out under the entire width and length of a house to form a very large new kitchen, utility , dining area and reception with a newly formed bay window to the front and Bi fold doors and windows to the rear. This almost doubled the size of the exiting Victorian House and took 6 months from start to finish.
